MEET YOUR COACH: LINDY OLSEN

For 2018, our coach is Lindy Olsen. Lindy is a 5 x natural world figure champion, certified personal trainer (VICFIT), ISSN Sports Nutritionist and creator of best-selling programs, #12wkbodysolution and the #changeyourlifeblueprint. Since losing 25kg almost 13 years ago, Lindy has transformed not only her body but her life.  She has been in the industry for over a decade and is a real-life role model for men and women of all shapes and sizes.
