Life before the challenge: I have two young children, aged six months and four when I started the challenge. I was very overweight and miserable.
I started the Oxygen challenge to be healthy and happy. I want to be the best version of myself for me and my kids.
Since I started the challenge, I feel so much stronger. I feel stronger both mentally and physically. I have energy to play with my children. I’m staying positive this time round; I’ve made goals and am very determined.
